Dolphin 135 Advance Formulation Silicone Sealant

The advanced formulation of Dolphin 135 is an anti-fungal, single component, acetic cure silicone sealant, which perfectly cures to atmospheric moisture and forms a high strength waterproof seal. It is multipurpose silicone sealant specially formulated for sanitary applications due to its flexible gap sealing capabilities and powerful anti-fungicide property to prevent mold/bacteria growth. Product has an excellent adhesion to glass, glazed surfaces and galvanized metals, plastics, tiles, wood, concrete and other building materials.

Applications Area:
– Interior Applications Only
– Sealing around bathtubs, shower, basins and other sanitary wares
– As an adhesive for fixing U-PVC trims, cladding, and panels
– Sealing around metal, timber and U-PVC window frames and pointing around
– Window and door frames
– For aluminium gutter sealing
– General Draught proofing

Application Instructions:
Application surface should be dry and dust, rust, and grease-free. Cut the nozzle at an angle of 45° and apply sealant on a substrate. Precautions:
Use in well-ventilated area. Direct contact of uncured sealant irritates eyes and may irritate skin. Over exposure to vapor may irritate eyes, nose and throat. Do not handle contact lenses with sealant on hands. In case of eye contact, flush eyes with water for 15 minutes. Obtain medical attention. In case of skin contact, remove from skin and flush with water. Keep out of reach of children. Keep container tightly closed For Industrial & Professional use

Storage & Shelf-Life:
When stored in original unopened container at or below 77°F (25°C) in dry warehouse conditions, Dolphin 135 SILICONE SEALANT has a shelf life of 12 months from manufacturing date. Containers should always be kept sealed when not in use.
